Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Design & Production Workflow Optimization Manager to join their team for a remote 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, optimization, and design of production workflows within the digital marketing or entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Review current design systems and production workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement efficiencies
- Manage and redesign the DAM system
- Integrate AI into workflows
- Demonstrate expertise in both analog and digital print technologies, with a strong understanding of design software applications and project management
- Supervise traffic coordinators and print buyers; may also manage a small design studio
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with workflow automation and optimization.
- Experience designing production work flows within digital marketing field or entertainment field
- Proficiency in production management tools and systems, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (Airtable, Workfront, Jira), as well as DAM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with developing a DAM (Digital Asset Management System).
- Experience using AI to support workflow analysis and automation.
- Experience in the creative or entertainment industries
