Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator (Contract)
4/1 Rotation to Mine Site in Arizona.
Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator on a contract basis to oversee warehouse operations at our AZ mine site. The role requires a dynamic leader who can manage warehouse functions and supervise construction contractors handling day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a material and equipment storage plan, designating locations for warehouses, laydown yards, weather-protected storage, site fabrication facilities, and equipment storage.
- Oversee the construction contractor’s use and maintenance of the Materials Controls computerized system, ensuring smooth material management operations.
- Supervise and support contractors in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording all materials and equipment.
- Manage requisitions, inventory control, and maintenance of small tools and expendable supplies in collaboration with contractors.
- Ensure contractors prepare and distribute Overage, Shortage, and Damage Reports for any shipment discrepancies.
- Supervise contractors to ensure proper preservation activities are conducted as per vendor guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 8 years of materials management experience, with 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large copper production and related facilities.
- Prior experience working in EPCM environments.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team (Client, EPCM, Contractors).
