Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our high-end restaurant projects in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end construction projects with meticulous attention to detail. As the on-site leader, you will ensure that all aspects of construction are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end restaurant projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and schedules.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and owners to ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion.
- Monitor project costs and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe job site at all times.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards of craftsmanship.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the Project Manager and ownership team.
- Foster a collaborative environment with subcontractors and vendors, leveraging our strong network to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in restaurant, retail, or similar high-end construction sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects in Restaurant, Retail, Multi-Family, Medical Office, Hospitality, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
