Job Responsibilities:
• Hardware, Infrastructure & Network Support, Break/Fix Support
• Provide user support (deskside support), troubleshoot hardware and devices, network operations, routers/switches/wifi, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
• Troubleshoot ATM's and other financial services hardware at bank branches
• Provide onsite NOC (Network Operation Center) support for local Poughkeepsie branch
• Travel to nearby bank branches 20-25% of the time to provide support as needed
• Designed and configure networks
• Setup and support backup systems, disaster recovery plans and replication
• Responsible for phone system, cabling, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
Required Skills/Experience:
• 4+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Deskside Support Technician, Hardware Support Technician, NOC Engineer, MSP Engineer, etc.
• 4+ years supporting hardware, networks and infrastructure
- MUST HAVE BREAK/FIX experience
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Printers
• Experience troubleshooting ATMS
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience working in a banking environment
• Technical College or Certifications in relevant technologies preferred
