Reporting to the National Recruiting Director, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting our internal team and external clients with various administrative duties. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process focused, and above all, able to build strong relationships with internal staff and clients.
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Manages Outlook email correspondence between internal recruiting team members and CSS clients and vendors in a professional, concise manner
- Schedules client interviews and maintains up-to-date calendars
- Supports all our VMS accounts managing all aspects of the system with uploading submittals, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding tasks
- Sending client submittals to clients as requested outside of VMS business
- Creates Excel spreadsheet recruiting trackers for recruiting teams to use with optimized efficiency and understanding
- Maintains accuracy of ATS/CRM system and corrects information, as needed with candidate profiles, placements, candidate interviews, and data integrity scorecard
- Completes phone, email, and text correspondence with temporary and direct hire associates to ensure company quality standards are being achieved
- Assists in the creation of messaging templates and confirmation email templates for the recruitment team and resume formatting
- Support with presentation content and creation of PowerPoints
- Payroll support – follow up with hiring managers and candidates to support the missing hours process
- Aids in specific reporting responsibilities for clients, internal metrics, and job reporting usage
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a corporate setting – recruiting or staffing exposure is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or another related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, initiative, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of individuals (i.e., customers, employees, and management) and in a team environment
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
- Track record of proven results, attention to detail and follow through
