- 8+ years implementing Change enablement / Management plans for enterprise companies
- 6+ years creating an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners
- 5+ years analyzing (or re-engineering) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively
- 5+ years defining and evaluating change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project
- 5+ years with one or more documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation with consistent formatting –
- 5+ years leveraging multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. – S
- 5+ years creating training material for self-service and in-person/virtual modes of learning using digital authoring tools (DAS, Articulate Rise, and/or video)
