The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.
As part of the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you be working with both leading-edge technologies and legacy systems to support multiple products and programs throughout Raytheon. You will provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance with the ultimate responsibility to maintain test integrity and the availability for our test systems.

What You Will Do:
- You will be responsible for processes and procedure development, contracting estimates, data management, and project management supporting the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team. Duties will also include assisting with educating TESA customers in the use of available products and system documentation updates.
- Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.
- As a part of this role, you will collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems. You will interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, CPT/Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives. You will support TEE hiring goals as well as lead the onboarding of new TESA personnel.
- Provides independent health checks by evaluating department metrics and finical operation.
- Involvement in center initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years' prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 3 years' prior relevant experience.
- Experience with Windows operating systems in desktop and server environments.
- Experience with financial reporting activities including, but not limited to Cost Account Management (CAM)
- Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA and/or project team lead.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, CySA+, etc.)
- Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs environment.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system).
- Experience with Raytheon proposal capture process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and Engineering Labor Forecasting (ELF) System.
- Excellent customer service and training skills, including oral and written technical communications, strong Excel skills, an understanding of hardware/software issues, and an independent problem-solving ability.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
