Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Intermodal Trucking Sales Manager based in Houston, TX. The role involves leading the team in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's trucking and warehouse services.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of intermodal trucking and transportation logistics and warehouse services
- Knowledge of port and ocean containers
- Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
