Job Description:
- This position reports to the Materials Supervisor.
- This position will work with the procurement team and be responsible for purchasing rapid testing components and operational supplies will the support the team as follows.
- The incumbent will be expected to follow standard practices and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities include
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain with 0-2 years of experience
- Must have a practical working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems: PRMS and Oracle working knowledge is preferred.
- Placing new or expediting existing orders.
- Basic Microsoft skills, ERP (Oracle/SAP) experience in procuring perishable or background in the medical industry.
- Notifies suppliers of change in order revisions, forecast or any deviations to ensure they are producing to the most up to date drawings, demand and certificates.
