Property Administrator
Must have minimum 3 years experience in commercial property management
- Supporting the Sr. Property Manager of Class A Office portfolio
- Busy environment, must be able to switch gears quickly
- Requires a high level of customer service and catering to tenants
- Heavy tenant interaction, responding to requests, tracking tenant improvements
- Communicate closely with building engineers regarding maintenance issues
- Coordinate vendor and service provider access
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Lease administration; set up and changes
- Maintain certificates of insurance (COIs), Tenant and Lease files
- Process and code invoices, and communicate closely with Accounting
- Maintain tenant directory, order and maintain tenant and property signage
- Utilize CANVA, and update social media pages on a weekly basis
- The accounting system used here is Yardi
- Coordinate tenant gifting and tenant events
- Assist with reporting and budget season
