Legal Intake Coordinator Role
Handle a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service and support.
Assess new client inquiries with a focus on personal injury cases to determine their suitability for the Firm.
Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Facilitate the onboarding process for eligible new clients by preparing and sending out contracts and other necessary documents, both electronically and physically.
Accurately input and update client data into the Firm’s software system, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Perform thorough research on potential cases by searching crash reports, reviewing relevant articles, and gathering other pertinent information.
Set up new cases in the Firm’s system and create organized physical folders for each case.
Manage and maintain comprehensive filing systems for each client, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
Print, bind, and prepare documents for attorney review, ensuring all materials are complete and professionally presented.
Legal Intake Coordinator Background
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience in a high-volume plaintiff personal injury law firm is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using legal software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
