The Opportunity:
The East Coast Regional Trainer will play an essential role in driving Byredo’s growth and elevating the client experience through impactful training. The East Coast Educator is a dynamic, field-based role responsible for supporting and deploying training strategies within the region. This role focuses on coaching client advisors during store visits to enhance their sales performance, brand understanding, and overall skill set. The Regional Trainer, will conduct regional and national training sessions, facilitate seasonal launches, onboard new hires, and lead teams during events and animations. This position plays a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities for client advisors and Byredo ambassadors, monitoring KPIs, and championing the Brand Experience learning solution.

What you’ll get to do:
- Conduct in-store coaching sessions to improve client advisors' sales performance and brand knowledge
- Facilitate classroom and online training sessions for regional and national programs
- Lead training during seasonal launches and new hire onboarding
- Conduct evaluations of training programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance
- Support store teams preparing for events and animations with logistics and appointment bookings
- Lead teams during in-store and off-site events and animations
- Collaborate on planning and executing events to ensure alignment with brand strategies
- Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of training on performance, with a focus on learners’ engagement on Brand Experience
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Education Manager
- Aid in adapting global training programs to fit regional needs
- Identify development opportunities for client advisors and Byredo ambassadors
- Support the Training Manager in building robust training strategies that align with global guidelines while adapting to the local market
- Work closely with Byredo’s Global Education Team to ensure seamless implementation of global strategies with regional adaptation
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to support training initiatives
- Participate in PR events as requested by the Education manager
- Ensure training content and strategies are aligned with broader brand objectives
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training, coaching, or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector
- Proven track record in improving sales performance through effective training.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and online.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the East Coast and other parts of the US as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage teams remotely
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills

Compensation:
As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
