This Personal Injury Attorney is primarily responsible for the effective management of personal injury cases from inception through close of case.
Attorney Duties & Responsibilities:
- Development of case strategy
- Performing legal research
- Preparation of legal documents
- Demand Drafting
- Communication with Insurance companies
- Providing and leading clear instructions to support staff
- Supervise the profession of team work on a case by case basis
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to address all important decisions for the client’s approval
Requirements:
Education and experience
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- 2-4 years of experience
- Personal injury Pre-suit experience required
Skills and Abilities
- Spanish is preferred
