Job Description:
Intuitive is seeking a motivated IT Program Manager to oversee and lead complex cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing scalability in Business Applications. This role involves managing projects from ideation through evaluation and implementation, including software systems, product launches, and system upgrades across various geographies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of projects.
- Gain cross-functional alignment across teams such as Regulatory, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Service, IT, Testing, Project Quality, Operations, Security, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other business units.
- Facilitate meetings, assist in task identification, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Manage project schedules, scope, and resource constraints following Project Management methodology and IT change control processes.
- Collaborate with business and vendor project managers to utilize organizational project management tools and systems.
- Engage in Change Management, stakeholder engagement, end-user communication, and training.
- Lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, and conduct status reporting to project teams and executive leadership.
- Ensure business needs are met through coordination with IT and Business project owners.
- Oversee Testing, Training, Cutover, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, except where a separate resource is warranted.
- Provide input for budget planning and monitor budget performance.
- Manage vendor evaluation activities, communication, and coordination for Product Demos, Security Assessments, MSA, SOW, and POC activities.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Box, and general collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Experience with Veeva Vault project implementation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Microfocus qTest, Tableau, and Anaplan applications is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in project management with vendor or implementation partners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle ambiguity.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional projects in quality, regulatory, compliance, and manufacturing operations.
- Medical device experience is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
