One of Texas and Oklahoma's most reputed litigation firm is looking to add a Trial Attorney to their team of experienced litigators.
Here are a few key pointers that would make someone an ideal fit:
- Frist-chair Trial experince, preferably with a Defense law firm
- 3+ years of experince as an Associate
- Licensed to practice in Texas (Additional license in Oklahoma will be great)
Responsibilities:
- Handles Trial/Litigation work on assigned cases.
- Creates and maintains a documented strategy for case handling in each assigned case to include a synopsis of the intangible factors, i.e. the judge, plaintiff attorney, aggravating factors, etc.
- Prepares and submits timely status reports to claims handlers on all significant activities as they occur, but at no greater than 60-day intervals.
