JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Infrastructure Project Manager to support one of our largest IT healthcare clients in the greater Texas area. This position will be 80% remote and 20% on-site in North to Central Texas. This person will be responsible for supporting sites, micro-hospitals, and/or small clinics. They will be responsible for overseeing up to a dozen individuals at a time, while also running meetings in a waterfall environment with 4-5 cross functional teams on a weekly basis (ie: epic, software, and networking teams). General responsibilities include onboarding, creating project plans with different templates for construction sites, and working with vendors 20% of the time. We're looking for someone eager to grow within a company and eventually join the team full-time! This project manager will join a highly collaborative team that supports both small and large project scopes so great communication skills are imperative.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Background in construction, real estate, or IT infrastructure facilities, or Field Services
- Waterfall methodology, conducting weekly kickoff meetings with stakeholders - Experience with servers, network infrastructure equipment, and experience meeting and exceeding SLA timelines and quality expectations
- Site acquisition experience (lease signing and management, understanding process of acquiring a site)
- Able to manage and work with cross-functional teams while working on multiple projects at a time
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred

-Rate: $25/hr - $34/hr
Location: 20% on-site in Dallas, Texas
Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire
