We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
*Responsibilities*
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer account
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls to customers on inquiries or issues
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
*Skills*
- Preferred experienced in sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Ability to make outbound calls effectively
- Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
