The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Search Manager with extensive experience in managing paid search campaigns (shopping experience preferred) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. As a Search Manager, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of ecommerce dynamics, a proven track record of driving results through shopping campaigns, and expertise in troubleshooting product feeds through Google Merchant Center. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This position will support a large fashion retail client.

We are seeking a Retail Search Manager who brings a wealth of experience in paid search campaign management and execution. The ideal candidate is not just proficient in activating paid media plans but also excels in training and developing junior team members, ensuring they're equipped to drive retail objectives forward. As a Retail Search Manager, you'll play a pivotal role as the direct manager of the junior team members on your account, guiding their growth and fostering an environment where the team functions with maximum efficiency and minimal errors.
This role demands someone with a proven track record of team management and an ability to drive revenue and brand awareness for retail clients through paid search. You should possess strong communication skills and work across disciplines to ensure media fluidity and team collaboration. Clear and concise articulation of communications to both external clients and internal teams is essential for success in this role. You'll need the ability to flag and escalate concerns appropriately to senior management, move quickly to drive performance and meet client demand and ensure constant alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on-keyboard experience in managing Paid Search campaigns (shopping experience preferred) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, including proficiency in product feed optimization and troubleshooting
- Advanced proficiency in campaign/bid management tools such as Search Ads 360, Skai, Google Analytics or Adobe
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms and feed management tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach team members
- Ability to define strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and audience signals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance and provide cross channel recommendations to maximize revenue and investment for clients
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$50,000—$90,000 USD
