Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Inventory Specialist:
1. This candidate will be running reports in each system to ensure the data matches and fixing any discrepancies when needed. The data is all related to their IT inventory and will be tracked in Excel
2. 10% travel to location to verify/reconcile any discrepancies found in data (verify serial numbers, quantity, etc.)
3. In addition, this candidate will have duties within the warehouse to unbox/image devices
- Required Skills for the Data Inventory Specialist:1+ year experience performing basic data manipulation within Excel
- Comfortable navigating web interfaces
- Must have valid DL & reliable vehicle
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
