We are seeking an Acquisitions analyst to join our clients team!
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a robust investment pipeline, following defined acquisitions criteria
• Screen, analyze, and underwrite acquisitions opportunities
• Create financial models for prospective acquisitions
• Create investment presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis across geographies and asset classes
• Build and develop relationships with commercial real estate brokers and operators
• Execute end-to-end the acquisition process of an investment
• Conduct thorough due-diligence on prospective acquisitions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with acquisitions analysis
