The Opportunity!
Roobrik is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful product manager to join our product organization. You will work closely with other product team members and our engineering team to prioritize, define, and execute on Roobrik’s product development vision. As a B2B2C company, this role demands an understanding of both client and end-user needs, an innovative problem-solving approach, and a bias toward exceptional user experience.
What you’ll do:
- Execute a highly technical product roadmap. Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, and client success teams to ship features that require a deep understanding of the customer’s business needs, operating environment, and technical complexities.
- Evaluate requests for customized implementations and design solutions that can be leveraged across our integrations platform.
- Drive the product roadmap for bidirectional CRM integrations, shaping the future of our product offerings.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement and satisfaction with integrations to drive continuous improvement. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of our integrations platform.
- Create and nurture positive relationships with customers and vendor partners to foster collaboration and identify opportunities to improve integrations.
- Help troubleshoot integration issues using tools like Postman, and coordinate customer responses with other internal teams. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system integration documentation for internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team inquiries related to all Roobrik integrations.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of product management or related experience, with a preference for experience with more technical products or managing integrations between interrelated systems.
- Familiar with CRM systems and/or APIs
- Experience with marketing/analytics technology (like GTM/GA), marketing automation, advertising technology, and/or products that are built to work with a CRM.
- You have strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills. Obtaining buy-in internally and externally for your roadmap priorities will be critical.
- You’re a self-starter who is excited to build out a new function at a high-growth company. Being a problem solver comes naturally to you, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops. You must be able to channel many points of view while also being able to “say no” to key stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment within a small team. You can find creative approaches to solving customer problems while staying organized and focused.
