Job Title: Spanish Tester (IVR testing preferred)
Location: Alpharetta, GA/Dallas, TX/San Ramon, CA (Onsite Day1)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct functional and IVR testing to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
- Record, report, and manage defects in the IVR system.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to enhance IVR system performance.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases specific to IVR testing.
- Document test results and track performance metrics, provide recommendations to improve IVR system functionality.
- Gather requirements and ensure the IVR system meets business needs.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of the Telecom domain and prior experience in IVR project execution is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with defect lifecycle management tools.
