Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the HSER Manager with a Railroad Commission of Texas Completion Report project. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of RRC’s Online application and forms including but not limited to G-1, W-2, GW-2, L-1, P-4, P-12, P-16 and W-15.Allocation Well experience required.This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires an action-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work independently and with multi-discipline teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily:
- Prepare and handle regulatory materials for upstream oil & gas completions in Texas, including but not limited to:
- Completion reports for oil and gas producer wells.
- Navigate online state agency websites proficiently.
- Candidate may be required to work after hours to meet deadlines from time to time.
- All other duties and tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Environmental, Physical & Equipment Requirements
The work environment is primarily in an office setting. It may include working inside and outside. May work around machines with moving parts and objects near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone and working extended or irregular hours.
The physical requirements of the job are primarily sitting at an office desk using a computer and other office tools but may require the ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, climb stairs, identify colors, hear with or without aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, lift and carry under 25 lbs. and perceive depth.
The equipment used in performing the primary job function includes but is not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and a telephone.
