RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent insurers in all forms of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation across the country.
- Draft policy language, including those addressing new or industry-specific issues.
- Successfully resolve insurance claims before policyholders resort to litigation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
