Rubber Supply Company is one of the largest distributors of Replacement Rubber Track for construction machinery in the country.
RSC has over 25 years of operations from Houston, San Antonio & now Fort Worth. We are expanding our digital effort and are in search of someone energetic and motivated to join our RSC family.
Responsibilities
- To learn our products, sales & CRM processes.
- Help create and work creative digital marketing campaign strategies.
- This includes cold calling, emailing, post card campaigns, Facebook messenger and other social sites.
- Help develop weekly social media posts while actively engaging with potential customers in groups on social media
- Obtain contact information & other pertinent information to log in the CRM to allow for proper follow up.
- Monitor digital campaigns pacing and effectiveness to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points
- Provide consistent follow-up to online leads
- Demonstrate competence in systematic selling, which includes pre-call planning, investigating sales opportunities, selling Rubber Supply Company solutions.
- Maintain and develop relations with existing customers to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from Rubber Supply Company,
- Promptly respond to resolve any customer inquiries about service or product issues
- Maintain CRM records on a timely basis
- Other tasks not mentioned but common to the industry will be assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be effective communicator and prioritize teamwork
- 3+ years experience in sales and marketing. industrial sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure
- Hold yourself accountable to consistently exceeding monthly sales, win rate, and subscriber targets
- Have Excellent customer relations skills
- High proficiency of using digital sales tools and techniques (e.g. phone, CRM, social media, email etc.
- Prefer Bachelors level degree in marketing
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media
- Knowledge compact construction equipment industry beneficial.
- Create and effectively manage an internet customer database
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Outgoing personality with ability to naturally strike up conversation with anyone.
- Bilingual a plus
