Seeking a Kitchen Manager for a restaurant in Savannah. For over 25 years our client has served breakfast and lunch, including fresh baked pastries, in Savannah's Historic District. We are seeking a culinary expert who will not only manage kitchen operations but also help to develop new recipes to add to the regular menu and create seasonal items. The owners are looking for someone who wants to play a part in their future growth and expansion. What's even better is there are no evening service hours so your nights are free!
Candidates should have experience successfully managing a kitchen staff including hiring, training, and scheduling. You will be responsible for ordering food inventory and other supplies, while monitoring food costs and managing vendor relationships. You'll have the opportunity to create new menu items to enhance the existing menu offerings.
