Job Duties
- Oversee daily processing of cash receipts, adjustments and research for the loan portfolio
- Process and balance payments for all investors and Third Party deals
- Review and process disbursements for Loan Servicing
- Assist with upgrade process for existing owners.
- Maintain systematic and organized support documentation and filing for all Loan Servicing.
- Review new loans and set to active status in Harland.
- Maintain and Update owner accounts based upon various daily processes and procedures
- Test and Update Servicing Director Loan Servicing system as necessary
- Assist team members and Portfolio Services staff with questions.
- Respond to email requests and owner telephone calls subject to monitoring and recording for quality and compliance
- Carry out any reasonable request by management, which the employee is capable of performing.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Grad / GED
- 0-3 years related experience
- 6 months - 3 years processing, receiving payments via checks, credit card, wire transfers, etc.
- Previous general accounting experience with AP Processing, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must have a good command of Excel functions
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
