We are seeking a professional and skilled PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY to join our growing team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. This role will require a hands-on approach to managing personal injury cases and will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working with an exceptional team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include –
- Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Investigation of coverage, develop theories of liability and damage models
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement
- Negotiation and settlement of personal injury claims
- Analyze medical records and bills for utilization in case development
- Supervise legal support staff and provide detailed direction on cases
- Perform cost and benefit analysis of settlement versus litigation
- Keep clients updated as to the status of their case
Your Qualifications & Skills –
- Licensed Texas Attorney
- Aggressive, competitive negotiator ready to be an advocate for your clients
- Ability to support and interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers and paralegals in a professional manner
- Familiarity with Texas insurance laws
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of pre-litigation process
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
