Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM) projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a consulting or technology services organization.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM best practices, business processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants and developers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
