Feldman Feldman & Associates (FFA) is a 15+ person boutique immigration law firm in San Diego handling all aspects of family and business-based immigration including EB-5’s and more complex family-based cases. We are seeking an immigration paralegal, ideally with 6+ months of immigration experience, but will train the appropriate candidate, if needed.
Compensation: The minimum starting salary for this position is $50,000, with additional compensation offered based on experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:
The paralegal will work with attorneys helping the dreams of foreign nationals come true!
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with attorneys in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of various immigration and nationality law matters.
- Understand the procedures and documentation required for cases to be filed successfully
- Work with clients to gather the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner
- Prepare forms according to information received from clients
- Prepare letters and other documents on behalf of the client
- Data entry into in-house database as per instructions
- Finalize documents after review by Attorney
- Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines
- Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions
- Run reports to assist in managing one’s own caseload
- Keep abreast of current regulations and procedures relating to filing applications
