Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician at Quality Sterilizer Services Inc in San Antonio, Austin TX. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on various medical equipment including Steam Sterilizers, Autoclaves, Washing Equipment, Water Systems, and Surgical Lights. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in servicing and repairing medical equipment such as Steam Sterilizers, Autoclaves, and Washing Equipment
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for medical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Technical diploma or certification in a related field
- Experience working in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
