MAU is hiring a Multi-Site Manager for Vibrantz in Houston, TX. As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of our 4 Vibrantz Texas sites. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of chemicals or materials industry experience in a manufacturing leadership position and 5+ years in a multisite role
- Demonstrated success and experience in developing and executing manufacturing strategies and optimizing operations to achieve cost reductions and productivity gains while operating in a demanding customer environment
- Experience conducting performance evaluations to maximize team effectiveness (SMART goals, good communication, reviews, training, and development)
- Experience participating with HR in other team processes such as selection, promotion, or compensation
- Strong knowledge of computers, inventory systems, quality systems, OSHA and EPA requirements, and ERP
- P&L responsibility experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience in sites that are ISO 9000/NSF certified
Essential Functions:
- Link established processes and leadership execution in the areas of Safety, Health, and Environmental in keeping with the company's proud legacy of attention to safety, the environment, and the communities in which it exists
- Ensure quality management systems are in place and functional
- Ensure site quality systems remain current with ISO/QS quality system standards; assist with updating documentation as appropriate
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets
- Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to manage inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock
- Optimize capital expenditures to sustain operations, drive safety, value, and delivery of growth products
- Deliver operational excellence through optimizing capacities, total cost-effectiveness, and value to the customer base
- Ensure operational plans achieve targeted cost and efficiency results that maximize value for the business unit
- Promote structured continuous improvement utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Ensure adequate people development plans and capable succession plans are in place
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction
- Manage productivity and efficiencies using metrics and continuous improvement protocol
- Perform other tasks as required
Travel:
- 100% travel throughout the Houston area
