A Storage & Container client is looking for a Director of Engineering to join their team in their Houston office.
Responsibilities:
- Implement engineering strategies for product design and manufacturing processes.
- Oversee new product development and existing product enhancement.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Lead a team of designers, manage design schedule and design as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Strong background in manufacturing, particularly in storage tank production and engineering.
- Proven track record of successful project management and product development.
