You will have the opportunity to work on complex matters for sophisticated clients. The ideal candidate will have:
· 3+ years of Labor & Employment management-side experience at a peer law firm
· Significant defense-side employment litigation experience in single plaintiff, class action, and wage and hour cases
· Advice and counseling experience is a plus, but not a requirement
· Top academic credentials
· A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
