IDR is seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to join one of our top clients in the healthcare industry in the Dallas area. Required Skills for the IT Support Desk:
- Someone whose coming from a busy environment, someone who is dependable, someone who can get through 30-40 calls a day, able to keep a positive attitude, and someone who is focused on customer service.
- 1 -3 years of professional experience in computer science / IT Help Desk Support within the Healthcare Industry
- Technical Skills: A lot of what we do is desktop support, standard desktop support skills. This person will need to be coming from a role where they do PC troubleshooting, windows, network, & printer troubleshooting.
- Must have Active Directory
- Must be comfortable performing tasks beyond just password resets, they must know imaging, network troubleshooting, & hardware repairs as well
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow or Citrix
