A fast-growing cloud-native software development company are seeking an analytical and motivated team player to join their group. You will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals to own their product lifecycle of cloud-native payments solutions from end to end. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager include:
- Define product and align with stakeholders around the vision for the product
- Meet with clients to define product strategies and roadmaps, providing guidance to both clients and development teams
- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and capabilities (write clear requirements & user stories)
- Understand and represent user needs
- Perform product demos to customers
- Transition projects between the analysis and development stages
- Work independently to remove roadblocks and find product solutions
- Act as a point of contact with our customers to manage expectations and deliver updates
- Assist with project operations and management; create timesheets, keep projects organized in Azure DevOps, and ensure company policies are followed
Requirements of the Product Manager include:
- Experience Product Managing new payment software solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
- Based in Florida (or able to relocate)
- Client-facing or consulting experience
- Scrum Master Certification is a must
- Full lifecycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
