Role Description
Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. This role will be responsible for implementation and integration of Highway’s products, including participating in demonstrations, ensuring customer readiness and product activation.
Your role:
- Working with Highway customers on implementation of Highway’s products
- Integrating APIs, experience with Postman or ReadMe preferred
- Assisting the Sales team by participating in customer demonstrations and answering technical questions
- Tracking go-live dates and deadlines to meet business needs on implementation milestones
- Own technical configuration and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet implementation deadlines, manage customers expectations and deliver on timelines.
- Highly organized with a technical aptitude for software integrations and implementations
- Experience working closely with internal/external dev resources
- Some ability to read and interpret code is a plus
- SQL is highly preferred
- Understands how to problem solve, work around customer requirements and find solutions
- Works with a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Excellent with client engagement and understanding of customer needs and technical requirements .
- Familiarity with technical systems administration and database management is highly preferred.
- This position is in-office in Dallas, TX.
