We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our innovative team at a New York-based robotics startup. As a critical member of the founding team, you will take ownership of developing and implementing cutting-edge robotics technology, driving the technical aspects of product development from initial concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robotic systems, including hardware and software integration.
- Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and efficiency in design and deployment.
- Collaborate with the founding team to solve complex technical challenges.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on technical development in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Robotics Engineering, Software Development, and Hardware Integration skills
- Experience in designing and implementing robotic systems
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++, C
- Proficiency in kernel management and development in UNIX-based operating systems especially for embedded systems
- Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or related field
