Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote - DFW, TX
Pay: 90,000-125,000/yr based on skills and experience
Group O Technology Team is looking for a forward-thinking, innovative, and talented Full Stack Developer. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a highly visible tool that is utilized by customer and employees, work with clients to define the product roadmap, and work with teams across the business, including marketing, analytics, product teams, and sales channels.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge and experience in VueJS/React, Javascript, HTML, CSS, GoLang, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, Azure Pipelines, and Figma
- Be responsible for application architecture and solutioning, leading design and development of core components across the application
- Be an effective problem solver, identifying defects and efficiently managing to a resolution
- Help develop and lead execution of the roadmap, managing releases and deployment
- Maintain existing documentation and keep up to date as the tool evolves
- Work closely with teammates to identify areas for process improvements or higher efficiency
- Present new functionality to leadership and partners, effectively communicating new capabilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science or other technical area and 5+ years of Marketing Technology or related, relevant Technical experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set
- Minimum 3+ years hands on experience with VueJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS – critical for maintaining the front-end UI
- Minimum 3+ years hands on experience with GoLanguage, GoLang, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and/or Docker, GitHub, Azure Pipelines, and Figma – managing the back-end and deployment
- Experience in creating and documenting business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results, perform daily tasks in a professional manner
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
