The purpose of the Dallas Sales Representative-
Increase and maintain Rahr & Sons sales by building a strong relationship with
our distribution partners as well as our on and off premise accounts. Resulting in
increasing sales volume.
Create, identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain new accounts.
Establish regular contact and build relationships with key decision makers at
accounts
Develop and execute a business plan to grow the North Dallas market.
Identify non-buying accounts and develop a plan to establish new business in
these accounts.
Create a plan prior to visiting an account by utilizing distributor sales reps,
inside brewery information and appropriate collateral/sales materials.
Assist in promoting sales of the products, beer launches, seasonal and brewery
initiatives, helping to build consumer appreciation for Rahr & Son’s products.
Monitor distributor inventory and forecast program development and
implementation. Execute promotional calendar development.
Responsible for coordinating promotions at bars and restaurants, samplings at
stores, brewery visits for retailers and weekend festival support.
Responsible for managing each event from beginning to end, in terms of support,
POS, manpower, etc. ensuring Rahr & Son's has the best possible image to the
consumer.
Work to improve brand position, shelf space, and display activity.
Coordinate planned on-site promotions during peak business hours and planned
beer dinners outside of normal promotions.
Perform ongoing quality control of beer outside of brewery.
Complete and submit weekly and monthly market visit recaps and reports,
quarterly goals and expense reports.
Attend weekly sales team meetings.
Increase brand presence, promote, educate and grow brand loyalty.
Ideal candidate will possess 5+ years beers sales experience is a highly motivated,
results driven individual who wants to make money and re-introduce a legacy brand
back into the market.
