Entourage Yearbooks is expanding! We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our expanding regional offices as a Regional Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is someone with strong customer service experience, a passion for entrepreneurship, and is looking to join one of the fastest growing yearbook companies in the nation.
As a Yearbook Publishing Company, we work with thousands of clients ranging from schools to church groups, military units, corporate books, and more. We are experts trained to work with our clients and correspond with them via email and phone.
This is a year-round, full-time position based on finding new yearbook accounts, building relationships, and maintaining them throughout the school year. You will be responsible for reporting to the regional manager.
This position will be remote work. We are looking for candidates that reside in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Nashville, Detroit and Kansas City.
Regional Sales Responsibilities:
* Helping to collect data and run marketing campaigns in different regions
* Dropping off samples at schools
* Setting up meetings and demonstrations
* Attending regional sales conferences
* Attending bi-weekly sales check-ins on progress
* Helping local schools with their yearbook project
Regional Sales Associate Preferred Skills Requirements:
* 2 years previous sales experience preferred, K-12 sales a plus
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to comfortably speak with customers and answer their questions on the spot.
* Be able to communicate effectively with customers and answer questions through email.
* Ability to quickly learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledgeable on both PC and Mac platforms is a plus.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong eye for detail and refinement.
* Some travel required (in-person training at headquarters and conferences).
* Valid Driver's License in good standing.
Compensation: $40k - $50k (plus applicable bonuses and commissions: $20k+) - dependent on hitting market development goals related to collecting data and introducing Entourage to schools in a regional market. Also based on performance in working with your assigned Senior Account Manager, building relationships and effectiveness in retaining customers.
