Qualifications:
• Physician must have completed an ACGME/AOA-certified Family Medicine residency program and board certification/eligibility required. An unrestricted NC medical license and clean background are essential.
• Advanced Practice Provider must be a graduate from an approved program and have NCCPA certification or NP national certification. At least two years of outpatient clinical experience required, strong diagnostic skills, ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and others preferred.
