Responsibilities:
- Handling sophisticated litigation, including large exposure cases
- Representing financial institutions in Ponzi scheme cases, class actions, and consumer claims
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents, including briefs and motions
- Representing clients in court
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm
- Strong academic record
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with financial services industry or financial fraud litigation is a plus
