Role
Regional Sales Manager
Location
Candidates MUST be based in either: California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Arizona or Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive sales strategy and long-term plans.
- Support the learning and development of the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
- Manage a small team of Sales Reps across the West Coast.
Requirements
- Sales management experience, in the HVAC industry.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
- Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor' degree preferred but not a must.
