What You'll Do:
- Code & Transform: Write and maintain straightforward code in Python, Ruby, or Java to handle data transformations for various billers. Utilize our tool, Integrate.io, to streamline and simplify these processes, while also creating "glue code" to bridge the gap between our tooling and other software systems. Your coding will be instrumental in automating and integrating diverse data workflows.
- Collaborate & Educate: Work alongside implementation managers and solutions consultants to demonstrate the value and technical feasibility of our advanced features. Engage with biller IT teams and application users to understand their processes and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Innovate & Automate: Develop automation scripts and integration tools to improve efficiency and empower our implementation team. Your work will include creating solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities and simplify complex tasks.
- Lead & Report: Oversee project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide internal reports on how well our tech stack aligns with biller needs and expectations, ensuring our solutions consistently exceed standards.
- Document & Communicate: Use Salesforce to carefully document all communications and deliverables. Your detailed records will play a crucial role in guiding future developments and ensuring clarity in our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a data integration or similar role, with hands-on experience in writing and maintaining simple code (Python, Ruby, Java). Backgrounds in professional services, IT roles, or Tech Ops are ideal.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data file types (CSV, JSON, fixed-width TXT), FTP/SFTP, and data reporting. Comfort with Linux command line and web development (HTML, WordPress, CSS) is beneficial. Experience with Integrate.io and API practices (REST, SOAP) is a plus.
- Technical & Customer-Facing Skills: Ability to write effective code and understand software with a readiness to interact directly with customers when needed. While the role is predominantly back-office, occasional technical troubleshooting with non-technical customers will be part of the job.
- Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex systems and projects. Thrive in a dynamic startup environment where your contributions directly impact our innovative solutions.

The annual base salary for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Stock Options are also part of the compensation package for full time roles.

This is a remote position with preference for someone in Washington State. We are NOT able to consider any candidates outside of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, WA.
