About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and achieving targets within the Southeast region. You will cultivate long-term relationships, develop new business opportunities, and promote the full product portfolio to both existing accounts and new prospects. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will confidently present energy-efficient HVAC control solutions to stakeholders and provide product training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with HVAC OEM partners.
- Identify and develop new OEM accounts and sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotes based on customer specifications.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical sales presentations.
- Utilize CRM and forecasting tools to manage sales activities.
- Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in HVAC sales.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the Southeast region.
