Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate database solutions with C# and .NET applications.
- Monitor database performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Perform regular database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.
- Participate in the design and development of new applications and features.
- Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with C# and .NET development.
- Programming experience with source control - GIT
- Experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with database security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
- Experience of programming languages (C#).
- Experience required with MS SQL Enterprise.
- Certification in SQL Server or related technologies.
