We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client in a Bolingbrook, IL. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong scheduling and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations and manage administrative tasks in a dynamic and collaborative environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, both electronically and in physical form.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and other organizational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
