Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple HR systems across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of four major systems, in partnership with third-party implementation partners and their respective project managers. This role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of four HR systems:
- SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation)
- UKG for Payroll and Time & Attendance (Workforce Management)
- ServiceNow for HR Portal (Chat, Case, Knowledge)
- ServiceNow for Enterprise Portal
- Coordinate with third-party implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration across systems.
- Establish and maintain project governance, timelines, and reporting structures to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process to ensure smooth system rollouts.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, validate configurations, and oversee testing processes.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within defined parameters.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Ensure seamless integration between different HR systems and other organizational platforms.
- Support change management efforts, including training and adoption plans for end-users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading complex, multi-system HR technology implementations.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG (formerly Kronos), and ServiceNow platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, time and attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
