We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF/Wireless and Power Semiconductors. They have two fast- growing business units that make lower power PMICs, like LDOs, bandgaps, regulators, as well as higher power GaN and SiC DC converters.
They are looking for IC Layout Engineers, up to the Principal level, based in Dallas TX, San Jose CA, and Phoenix AZ locations.
We need IC Layout Engineers with 8-15+ years of experience who have supported design of power management ICs, using Cadence tools.
We prefer a technical degree.
